We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The location in the park gave us stunning views of the volcano and created a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we particularly enjoyed the terrace outside of our room. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off, and the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great view of the mountains and the surroundings. Nice outdoor pool with plenty of chairs to relax. Free parking and it was easy to get around town.
We stayed over New Year in this place and it was way too crowded. The staff was friendly but could not handle the amount of people, the queues at breakfast were endless and there was no place to sit.

Lovely setting, spacious and quiet. Comfortable rooms, clean. Great shower! Nice swimming pool. Lovely view. Friendly staff. Free bikes and electric scooters available.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with fantastic shower options using native materials. the breakfast was delicious with fresh local ingredients. the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond, making us feel at home with personalized service. We had access to bikes and a large swimming pool among other amenities. the grounds were beautifully landscaped with lovely views and plenty of parking space.
Sadly, we missed having a gym or fitness center available.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had great facilities, including a bar and restaurant with a delicious menu. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding area and easy access to transportation.
Not obvious to find.
